4. The Uniform Laws on the International Sale of Goods laid down in the 1980 United Nations Convention shall not apply unless expressly agreed between the parties in writing.
5. The Customer is strictly prohibited to generate the copies of the software, except one (1) copy for back up purposes. The client acknowledges that Karzam Technologies will not be responsible for any damage to the client's computer system and no substitute copy will be generated.
6. We as a merchant shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any Transaction, on Account of the Cardholder having exceeded the preset limit mutually agreed by us with our acquiring bank from time to time.

Refund policy:

Customers are responsible for maintaining their own backups on their own personal computers or other computers.
Karzam Technologies does not provide any sort of compensation for lost, inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated data in the event that Karzam Technologies's backups do not function properly, regardless of the reason(s) for any such malfunction, even if the malfunction was due to the fault or negligence of Karzam Technologies.
